One more thing about miscommunication: I once got an RFQ for 'pet quail sheets.' The buyer didn't want PET film. They wanted clear plastic sheet to build an enclosure for pet quail. We clarified before quoting, and the right grade was a different product entirely. Same story as PET brands: match the material to the actual use, not the search term.
